My work
... is not conceived of as a big attraction; rather, it reflects my personal search for connections and relationships. Perhaps the word for that is longing? This has to do not only with people I have met, it is also a longing for the past, for places, feelings and memories or simply for everyday coincidences. Ultimately, all I hope is that my work will reawaken forgotten or buried feelings and memories in the viewer.
